  Shipping Policy:

At this time, Living Water with Teja Smith only ships within the United States.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.( Please note that some items within your order will  be shipped separately)

Please allow two extra business days for processing made-to-order products. Once shipped, it usually takes 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Shipping & Replacement Policy – Living Water with Teja Smith

At Living Water with Teja Smith, we deeply value your support and strive to provide excellent service. If your merchandise has not been received within 30 days of the shipment date, please review the following policy:

📦 Missing Order Within 30 Days

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipment confirmation date:

  • Step 1: Please contact us immediately with your order number and shipping details.
  • Step 2: We will initiate an investigation with our shipping carrier and provide you with a status update within 3–5 business days.
    If tracking confirms a delay, please contact the your local Postoffice or the location where the delay is and report the issue

  • Step 3: If the package is confirmed as lost  before delivery or undelivered, we will offer the following:
     After we will initiate an investigation with our shipping carrier 
    • free replacement of the same item(s), OR
    • store credit for the full value of the order.

Please note: This policy applies only if the shipping address provided was accurate and complete at the time of order.

📮 Address Errors or Delivery Issues

Living Water with Teja Smith is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. However, we will still work with you to resolve the issue as best as we can.

Living water does not take responsibility for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) but are missing or stolen.
  • Delivered to the correct address but stolen from a doorstep, mailbox, or building.
