Return Policy

All of our products are made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature and high quality of our made-to-order items, all sales are final. This includes both returns and exchanges, which are not accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph or video demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area of the item. To ensure the ideal picture, place the product on a flat surface, making sure the error and logo are clearly visible in one frame.

Replacements can be issued within a 30-day time frame from the purchase date. Please allow 24–72 hours for a response to all email inquiries.
